These terms govern the sale of usage licenses for the SYNC.PLANNER software, published by Joeffrey Longagnani (SIRET 792 541 393 00031), to any individual or entity ("the Customer") wishing to purchase it via the site syncplanner.app.
SYNC.PLANNER is a desktop application (macOS, Windows in development) that lets sync/library music composers manage their albums, tracks, publishers, deadlines, and revenue. The software runs locally; a network connection is only required for license verification and, if enabled, the optional AI assistant.
A free 14-day trial, with no credit card required, is available to test all features before purchase.
Current pricing is displayed on the site's Pricing page:
Payment is processed by our provider, Stripe. SYNC.PLANNER does not store or directly process the Customer's card data.
Under French law (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, which governs this contract), the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been downloaded and its execution has begun with the Customer's agreement. The free 14-day trial allows testing the software before any financial commitment.
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe management portal accessible from the application, or by email request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-billed period. The lifetime license is not subject to cancellation, as payment is one-time.
Management data (albums, tracks, publishers, deadlines) remains stored locally on the Customer's computer. No such data is sent to our servers, except for license verification. If the Customer enables the optional AI assistant by providing their own API key, the information necessary for their requests is sent to the AI provider of their choice (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral) — this feature is disabled by default.
SYNC.PLANNER is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from misuse, the Customer's failure to back up their data, or a case of force majeure. The Customer is advised to keep their own backups.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, failing an amicable resolution, be referred to the competent courts.
