In short

SYNC.PLANNER is software that runs on your Mac. Your albums, tracks, publishers, royalty statements, contracts and documents are saved only on your computer. We have no access to them. No usage analytics, no advertising trackers.

Data controller

Joeffrey Longagnani, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) — SIRET 792 541 393 00031 — 21 Chemin de la Forêt, 83470 Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, France. Contact: contact@syncplanner.app.

1. App data

Everything you enter or import in SYNC.PLANNER (catalog, publishers, PRO statements, works list, contracts, notes, Logic Pro time) is saved in a folder on your Mac. You can choose where it lives, export it (“Back up” button) or delete it at any time. If you turn on automatic backup to an online service (Google Drive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox…), that service, chosen by you, hosts the copy.

2. Licence verification

On activation and during periodic checks, the app sends our licence server (app hosted by Vercel Inc., database by Upstash Inc.): your email address, a technical device identifier and the device name. This data is only used to verify your licence and limit it to two devices. It is kept for the duration of your licence, then deleted within one year after it ends, unless the law requires otherwise.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends us your email, the plan you chose and your subscription status, kept as long as needed to manage your account and for accounting obligations (10 years for invoices).

4. Connections you trigger

5. The syncplanner.app website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which keeps technical logs (IP address, browser) to run and secure it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and download links from GitHub, which passes your IP address to those services. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies; it only remembers your language in your browser.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Vercel, Upstash, Stripe, Google and GitHub are US companies. These transfers are covered by their commitments (Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@syncplanner.app. Since the app data lives on your Mac, you keep direct control over it. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
